I had an outstanding experience getting an oil change for my Mini Cooper S here. The team was extremely professional, efficient, and welcoming. I really appreciated that they let me watch the process, especially as they carefully removed the oil filter—which can be a bit tricky on this car.Beyond just the oil change, they took the time to give my vehicle a full safety check, including lights and tire pressure. It's that kind of thoroughness and attention to detail that gives me total confidence in their work. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest, high-quality automotive service!
Thorough wash, easy access off Riverside, doubles as a Castrol Oil change shop. They have good vacuums and airspray nozzles to get all the junk from under your seat out. Great car wash!

After being gone for several weeks and parked under a street light- resting place for several birds- my car was desperate for a wash. Quench & Drench is where I get my oil changed, so I headed over to get my car washed. Because it was so bad, Wally helped me by moving my car under the detail area and setting me up and helping me get to the affected areas. PLUS, he helped me with a piece of trim that was falling off, PLUS he helped me move some items in the back of my car, PLUS he set up the vacuum for me and on top of all of that he was courteous and polite and professional. Great place to get your oil changed quickly and right! I was able to upgrade the free car wash to add interior cleaning for a reasonable additional charge. I also needed a new air filter and cabin filter and they had those and were able to replace those at a reasonable price.Take care of your investment and get your oil changed regularly and taking care of your filters will make sure your car runs more efficiently. Lastly the car wash gets rid of dirt, grime and chemicals that harm your paint and adds wax.Washing regularly with this car wash will protect your paint!This locally owed and operated business is the best! Joe the owner works right there with his excellent employees with stellar customer service!
Amazing service and car wash! First car wash I’ve been too that did a soft cloth by hand pre scrub, also hand drying at the end. Personal touch not seen anywhere else. Will definitely be back!!

Recently moved from Salem to Ashland (regretfully leaving behind an absolutely wonderful car wash I've used for years). I was pleased to find Quench & Drench. I've been here twice already and the service is always friendly and efficient, and the work is quality.
Came on a Friday after noon, they were busy but got to me rather quickly. They were fast, straight forward, didn't try to upsell just told me what I needed and what their recommendation was and got me in and out. Full oil change, fluids check, filled whatbwas needed , code check and thorough car wash. 20 minutes and 65 bucks.Coming back for everything I need they can do.Even recommended a good medal band!
Great car wash and even better staff! The guy washing our car at the beginning was quick and extremely thorough. He even put a bubble smiley face on the window for our baby. Best drive through car wash in the valley. Thanks

Drove down from Eugene to get my oil changed here - one of the only places to offer Castrol oil. These guys are fast and honest plus they have the best car wash in Medford. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a quality oil change/car wash.

We have a monthly pass for the 'Works' wash. We probably go twice a week, so it pays for itself easily. I would recommend this place, for sure. The guys who work there are fun and friendly, and the service is usually exceptional.
